Andre Hubbard, CCIM & Real Estate Broker owns Aspen Realty Advisors which is a full-service, comprehensive real estate service provider focused on the Atlanta Metropolitan area with over twenty-five years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Our expertise enables us to offer a full array of customized options for our clients. 

Andre has claimed Atlanta as his home since moving from Saginaw, Michigan in 1988. Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Morehouse College. He has also earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in order to better assist his clients. Andre serves as Chairman for Progressive Community Connections, Inc. which assists individuals and families experiencing homelessness with permanent housing placements and connections to mainstream resources. He also serves as a board member Atlanta Children’s Shelter, Inc., a Georgia 501C3 focused on housing the homeless. Andre enjoys coaching and was a board member and coach with the Smyrna Basketball Association for 7 years.  He is an active member in his Cobb County community, where he continues to volunteer with Nickajack Elementary School, spending time with his daughter with the following activities; playing tennis, swimming with the Vinings Estates Dolphins, and learning golf at Atlanta 1st Tee.  Andre enjoys biking at Piedmont Park and along the Cobb County Silver Comet Trail.
